Laura MCNALLY Arrest

On Thursday, 07/09/2015 at approximately 12:02 PM, I, Officer Albert Gee assigned to Alpha 1 was dispatched along with Officer Henry Diaz assigned to East 1 to Kmart for a female shoplifter in the Loss Prevention office.

Upon arrival at the Loss Prevention Officer, I was greeted by Loss Prevention Officer XXXXX who stated he observed a white female, later identified as Laura McNally enter Kmart. She grabbed a shopping cart and proceeded to the women’s department where she selected 14 clothing items valued at $262.84 and placed them in the cart. XXXXX observed Ms. McNally put all 14 items in her purse and pass all points of purchase and exit the store where he apprehended her.

I have placed Ms. McNally under arrest for larceny over $250.00 and she was transported to the Somerville Police Station and booked by Lt. Digregorio in the usual manner.
