The Credit Union Rising Star Awards are presented annually to recognize theindustry’s potential future leaders that possess superior talent. This honor is awarded by The Massachusetts Credit Union League, the New Hampshire Credit Union League, the Credit Union Association of Rhode Island and The Warren Group. In order to be eligible for this award you must work in a New England credit union, be under the age of 50, be an outstanding employee, manager, or business leader, and be making a notable impact on their institution and community. Nominations were solicited for six weeks and chosen by the editorial board of The Warren Group, publishers of CenterPoint magazine and Banker & Tradesman. Judges have no affiliation to the credit union leagues or any credit union to ensure impartiality.
Although only Timas qualified under this program’s criteria this year, it is an overall testament to the outstanding service that each credit union employee delivers on a daily basis to their membership.
