Sanchez arrest

This is a summary of events that occurred on 02/03/2014 at approximately 4:59 PM. I Officer Faria,
working in marked cruiser 661, along with Officer Pasqualino, working in marked cruiser 663, were dispatched to Rush St. for a party possibly with a gun or knife, that had just hit the reporting party’s mother and sister.

We received further update that the defendant, later identified as, Willgen Sanchez DOB 12/24/1992 had fled the scene in a grey Honda accord, possibly back to Malden where he lived.

I arrived on scene and observed one of the victims, crying and very distraught. I asked v what happened and she stated that her, her mother, , her two year old daughter and her friend , were all arriving home from going to Stop and Shop, when Mr. Sanchez, her on and off boyfriend and father to her child, pulled up in his vehicle and exited the vehicle. After Mr. Sanchez exited the vehicle, he assaulted her.
Mr. Sanchez’s brother showed up at the scene and made contact with Mr. Sanchez and had him return back to Somerville, at the Dunkin Donuts, at the corner of Broadway and McGrath Hwy. Officer Pasqualino and Sergeant Macarelli stood by at that location. When he arrived he was placed into custody. Mr. Sanchez will be charged with three counts of assault and battery.

Mr. Sanchez was transported to the Somerville Police Station via unit 200 and booked in the proper manner by Lt. Vivolo.
