I’ve been telling this story of political corruption since 2017 of what has been going on in the City of Somerville via my news articles as well as in my book “Stealing Somerville death of an urban city!”
The Curtatone administration since 2017 has continuously painted me as a liar fabricating all the stories, but sure enough every one of my stories have been proven to be true and here we are now with evidence through testimony in Boston Federal Court that majority of police investigations through the former Somerville Police Captain Dan Cotter were mostly falsified and/or were incomplete.
I just got off the phone with the 2018 stabbing victim of the South Middlesex County Registrar of Deeds Maria Curtatone’s underaged drunkfest with over 400 high school students attending that took place back on June 21st of 2018 at Registrar Curtatone’s home spilling out onto the city street where also an assault and a stabbing took place.
The stabbing victim at the time was a 17-year-old Somerville High School student who happened to be a black male who also happened to have a pending gun charge at the time. The victim told me that he was being intimidated by police detectives who told him that if he was thinking of putting any charges or lawsuits against the Curtatone Family or the City of Somerville that he would be found guilty on his gun charges. He also said that “They also told him you are better off leaving town”, and so he did. The 17-year-old victim told me that he left Somerville to go live with his grandparents in Florida for three years petrified that if he stayed up here detectives would continue harassing him and would ruin him in court.
After three years living in Florida with his grandparents, the victim contacted me again and stated ”Look I’m in my 20’s now I want to come back home because my parents are sick and so he did. He returned back to Somerville and laid low beneath the police radar to not be harassed any further.
Now after contacting him tonight, he appears to be ready to come forward and put charges against the city for malicious prosecution as well as for violating his civil rights.
Also numerous police officers, defendants in criminal cases and other victims have already started the legal process to reopen up their cases and be heard once again and challenge the city for malicious prosecution as well as for violating their civil rights.
These stories and many more regarding this ripple affect surrounding these cases are still developing…
