Greetings and good evening Mr.Tauro,
I appreciate you keeping issues in somerville real and not hiding them. Here’s a story I saw today and should be exposed if Dunkins doesn’t take action against these 2 cowardly employees at 220 Broadway across from Foss Park.

A junkie/homeless guy was standing in line as if ordering something and gets to close to a women and she asks for space. Then she orders and tells which he’s him that he’s not in line. She goes and he follows and I saw him try to grab her ass which she moved before he could. The lady said to employee “aren’t you going to do something?” The two employees just shrugged it off as no big deal. The lady walked out. When I was up next I told him not to crowd me the guy and while he didn’t touch me it was unsettling. After got my change and was getting a straw guy did it to more customers. Yet employees stood by and said nothing and didn’t even bother to call cops. I’ve emailed Dunkins saying I want employees fired or suspended. Thought you may want to hear about this.

I do know one of the supervisor Manager in AM shift and may try to see her tomorrow if not to busy and telll her as well. One thing if employees are scared to say something but that’s why they have police. They should’ve at least told the guy that they were calling police if behavior doesn’t stop.
