RITA MARGARITA’S OBITUARY

Rita Margarita Rasetta passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, she was 92. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Mary G. (Fabrizio) Rasetta. A longtime Somerville resident, Rita worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a secretary for the Department of Revenue and retired after serving for 42 years.

She was the dear sister of the late Julie Rasetta, Sabatino and Louis Rasetta. She is lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling Hours will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Tuesday morning, November 30th, from 9:30AM – 10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Clement Church at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
