Obituary:

William James Castrini, 49 of Saugus, formerly of Malden passed away suddenly after a courageous battle with cancer on October 26th, 2021. William “Billy” was the beloved son of Faith Anne (Tresider) Castrini and the late William James Castrini.
Billy was the cherished husband of Staceyanne (Ryan) Castrini.
Billy is survived by his loving children Jhanara Castrini-Couto and her husband Jose Couto of Rhode Island. Nicholas Filion of Saugus. Courtney Filion and her long time partner Mark Haley of Saugus. Riane Scirocco of Saugus.
Billy was the adored grandfather “Papa” of Jessenia Ruth, Marcel William, Jose Gennaro, Mark Jacob, Kendall Foxx, and Ryan Joseph.
Billy was the loving brother of Elena M Frisco Castrini, and her husband John Frisco of Saugus. Kristy L Castrini of Malden. Kylee J Quinn Castrini of Malden. Billy will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Bry-Anne, John (Jake) Gianna, and Nikolas in addition to many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Billy is predeceased by his grandparents Gennaro Bortone & Ruthanne ( Malloy) Medeiros and Gladys (Balian) Castrini & William Castrini Jr.
Billy followed in the footsteps of the three men he admired the most, his father, grandfather and great grandfather by becoming a fourth generation Local 7 Iron Worker. Billy dedicated his life to his work and took pride in doing so in honor of the Castrini Family name. Billy will be forever missed and loved by all the lives and hearts he has touched.
