EPINEPHRINE IN RESTAURANTS

Bill (HD 3901)Sponsored by Rep. Dan Cahill (D-Lynn). Allows restaurants to maintain a stock supply of non-patient specific epinephrine auto-injectors available to all customers, to be administered in the event of an anaphylactic emergency.

The measure also exempts any person who in good faith, volunteers to administer the epinephrine auto injector from any liability for any civil damages as a result of any acts or omissions in rendering the emergency assistance.
