THE FIFTH ANNUAL EMPTY BOWLS PROJECT TO SUPPORT ON THE RISE

Feed the belly, warm the soul. For $38, you select and take home your own handmade bowl donated by local potters from Feet of Clay Studio, MIT SAA, and Indigo Fire Studio and enjoy tasty soups and bread donated by local restaurants such as:1369 Coffeehouse, Trina’s Starlight Lounge, The Druid, City Girl Cafe, Nashoba Brook Bakery, Puritan & Company, The Automatic, Lord Hobo, Atwood’s Tavern, Loyal Nine,  Highland Fried, Classic Graphx and more!

All proceeds directly benefit On The Rise, a day shelter for homeless and formerly-homeless women located in between Central and Inman Square. The event is Saturday, March 24th with seatings at 11:30AM and 1:30PM at Puritan and Company in Inman Square. Tickets can be purchases here:

On The Rise creates a community where women have the relationships, safety, and resources they need to move out of homelessness. We engage with those most in need and support their initiative and strength as they move beyond crisis and discover new possibilities.
