While retail marijuana stores are scheduled to open in July, the CCC last week voted 4-1 to delay the granting of licenses to companies that plan to provide home delivery of marijuana and to open pot cafés where people could smoke marijuana socially. The commission now has until October 31 to gather information on these services and until March 1, 2019 to adopt regulations and begin licensing them.
