SOMERVILLE: FOURTH ANNUAL SENSORY FRIENDLY LEARN-TO-SKATE CLINIC FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

Somerville based Nonprofit Lyric’s Champs is happy to announce that they will be running their fourth annual sensory friendly Learn-to-Skate clinic for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.  

The five week program will skate once per week on Sunday’s from Noon-1:00pm at the Somerville Veterans Memorial skating rink on 570 Somerville Avenue beginning Sunday, March 4th through Sunday, April 8th.

The program is free of charge and provides one on one skating instruction in a quieter, sensory friendly environment, catered to special needs children and adolescents.
