Local Somerville culinary talents showcased their talents at Middlesex Federal’s Business Customer Appreciation Night held last week. Jeff Stuart, Culinary and Pastry Instructor, Somerville High School worked with his students to create a custom ice sculpture.

The event was held at Saloon and catered by head chef Shayne Nunes, who attended the Somerville High Culinary Program.

This Spring Middlesex Federal will present a $1,000 scholarship to a Somerville High School’s culinary student.
