Dear Somerville News Weekly Speak Up Line,

We need a bill signed off by Congress that simply states the American flag may be flown freely anywhere in the United States of America as long as flag etiquette is observed, without restrictions by housing or condo developments.,and without adding anything else onto the bill, like they usually do in congress.
