Real Life Somerville Police Stories:Sean BEEK (Fugitive From Justice & Boston, Lowell and Lawrence Warrants)

On Tuesday, 01/17/17, while assigned as Delta Twenty-four within the Somerville Police Department Criminal Investigation Division, I received a phone call on my department issued phone that a Sean Beek now known as the defendant is at 77 Broadway Somerville Ma.

 

The defendant, who is known to me from a previous investigation has four outstanding arrest warrants (MA Warrants #WR4983773TC, #WR5003191TC, #WR5105146TC & FL NCIC Warrant #15CF002626AX seeking his apprehension/arrest.

 

Detective Stephen Jones and myself proceeded to 77 Broadway. Upon arrival the defendant was placed under arrest without incident.

 

The defendant was then transported to Somerville Police Headquarters by Officer Marra in mobile detention #200 and booked by Sgt. Whalen.

 

Pursuant to the defendant being placed in custody, he was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice for the following crime: Violation of Probation, CT1 Dealing in stolen property, CT2 Grand theft statutory theft and CT3 Give false verification of ownership to pawnbroker.

  1. I was just wondering. Could Sean because still wanted because he is hanging out in Framingham with my daughter I just met the kid and I just happen to look up his name so if he is still wanted I know exactly where he is staying
