Senator DiDomenico Receives Agent of Change Award

Senator Sal DiDomenico recently received an Agent of Change Award from English for New Bostonians (ENB) for his work to expand learning opportunities for the Commonwealth’s English language learners. The Senator is the lead Senate sponsor of legislation that would increase language opportunities for children and has been a strong advocate for additional funding for Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs throughout his tenure as a Massachusetts Senator and as Vice Chair of the Senate Committee on Ways & Means. “It was an honor to receive an Agent of Change Award from English for New Bostonians,” said DiDomenico. “ENB does great work to increase access to high-quality English language learning opportunities for adult immigrants, and I am always happy to support their mission in the work that I do at the State House.”
