Just because you’re driving a bicycle doesn’t mean you can’t abide by the same laws as automobiles do in Somerville.
This past Saturday afternoon, Somerville Police Officer Tom Gardner was seen on Somerville Avenue writing up a citation to a bicyclist for a driving infraction.
With the overwhelming number of bicycle paths that are in and around Somerville these days, bicyclists must follow and obay the same rules that automobiles do on a daily basis.
