Only just a few minutes ago I was in the Santandare Bank on lower Broadway doing some business when it started pouring buckets of rain outside. A young lady was making a deposit at the next window. I overheard her say “oh my God I just walked a block and I half to get here and now I am going to get soaked now.”

Erkida Stefa, the banch ops manager took it upon herself to come out from behind the counter, grab an umbrella and she literally walked the lady home, a block and a half in the pouring rain. Then when she returned back to the Bank I let her know that was the nicest thing I’ve ever seen.

Santandare Bank you will always have my business trust me. ❤️
