Dear Billy T and Somerville/Medford News Weekly Speakup Line,

I have lived here for 73 years and never have I seen a mayor bring down and destroy a once vibrant community as the current mayor! Her blatant disrespect and disregard for the Somerville Police and Fire Departments, for the elderly, for the poor, for veterans , for families, for the children and automobile owners, for small business owners, etc. has torn this city apart.

She is fixated on bicycling, green grass and trees! The roads are terrible, plastic poles and cement blocks pop up in the strangest places, bumped out sidewalks take up parking spaces. Bike lanes and bus lanes are not being used. She seems to forget buses run on a schedule! Somerville is workers and long time residents are leaving due to her incompetence and high taxes. Everything she does is on a zoom meeting where, if she doesn’t like what you have to say, she cuts you off! Her entire administration is a joke! I certainly hope voters take all the above into consideration in November!
