They both will tell them what they wanna hear & do more of the same ‘tenant’s rights’ crap AGAINST owner’s assets (33% voter base are owners)…as she tells the 66% voter-base of tenants at their ‘fair housing’ meetings for 1% & 1st right of refusal.
