Statement from Revolutionary Clinics on Today’s Decision from the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Revolutionary Clinics is pleased with today’s decision and appreciates the diligence and thoughtful consideration by the Court, which confirmed, as Revolutionary Clinics has maintained from the outset before the Cambridge City Council, that the two-year moratorium enacted by the Council is in “direct conflict” with Massachusetts law. The decision today determined that the injunction in favor of Revolutionary Clinics “promotes the public interest” and validates its significant investments in protecting patient access to safe, regulated, high-quality products in Cambridge. The decision also allows all priority applicants under the law to move quickly toward opening their adult-use businesses. We look forward to working with all of the stakeholders in Cambridge to ensure a vibrant ecosystem of cannabis entrepreneurs in our community.
