Project address: 395 Alewife Brook Pkwy. THIRD Meeting – to reveal update design. This proposed residential development is four story twenty-six (26) units.
b- 7pm
Project address: 1252 Broadway, located between Farragut Ave. and Garrison Ave, between dry cleaner & the bus stop

Teele Sq. (empty lot) Boutique Hotel – The property owner Binoj Pradhan, Ward 7 & Teele Sq. resident filed application for the Boutique Hotel to the City of Somerville, following 2 community meetings held in Feburary and May of 2018. The proposed project will have ground floor hotel reception and cafe (open to public), 4 floors of rooms, then roof top restaurant also open to public. Proposed Zoning Overhaul details can be found… https://www.somervillezoning.com/ This Committee of Land Use will continue to meet on this item, however most of the discussion has been shifted into the fall 2018.
