Good morning Jimmy,
I just read your article about Kicking it Old: The Bingham. I attended the Bingham Elementary School from 1957 to 1963. I was to graduate to 7th grade in 1964. Unfortunately, my parents moved in November 1963 and I was unable to be in the class photo. I am trying to get a copy of the photo of the class of 1964. I remember some of the students names but unable to contact them. Diane Siggings, Anthony DiCicco, Ann Graffeo, Linda DiVito, and Sephanie Poor. These are the students who would be in the photo. My 6th grade teacher was Ms. O’Brien. The principal was Mr. Buckley, and I think Ms. Malloy was the Vice Principal. Anyway I thought you might be able to help me to get a copy of the class photo.
In addition, I do remember having to wear a dress or skirt during those snowy, cold winter months. I never understood why the boys could wear pants and girls dresses. Dumb. That rule changed when I was in 10th grade in 1968.
Thank you for your great article about the Bingham School. These were truly the good old days.
