Community Preservation Act resources fund affordable housing, recreation, open space and historic preservation projects throughout Somerville. It’s invested more than $12 million back into the community and has funded 78 units of affordable housing, the refurbishment of Prospect Hill Tower, the construction of Hoyt Sullivan Playground, and scores of other projects.
