Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Jane Doucette on her passing. Jane Doucette was a wonderful lady who was adored by everybody who knew her.

Jane, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Monday March 26, 2018. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. We will notify you when details are available.

Jane Doucette will be sadly missed here in Somerville.

Obituary:

Doucette, Mary Jane of Saugus, passed quietly in her home surrounded by family and friends on March26th, 2018 at the age of 80.  She leaves behind her loving husband Thomas A. Doucette.   Loving sister of the late Jackie Claire, the late Robert Claire, Jerry Claire and his wife Anne and sister Joan McGonagle.  Devoted mother of Michael T. Doucette Sr. and his wife Nancy, Cathy J. Giannunzio, Judy A. DeMerchant, Lisa M. Ruiz and her husband Eddie, and John T. Doucette and her grandchildren. Raymond T. DeMerchant, John C. Bush, Austin M. Gabler, Nicolas J. Doucette, Alex T. Gabler, Adam C. Doucette, Nicole E. Doucette, Michael (Max) T. Doucette Jr., Jessica L. Doucette, Juliana M. Doucette. Last but not least her beloved cat Isadore aka. Izzy.

Jane loved boating with friends and family in and around Boston Harbor, gardening in her yard and the wonderful neighborhood on Hayden Road. She will be sorely missed.  Family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of life at the Winter Hill Yacht Club at 495 Artisan Way in Somerville, Ma. on April 21st from 1-5pm.
