Somerville Police and Lyndell’s Bakery Helping Keep Sean Collier’s Memory’s Alive

We are very excited to announce that for the first year ever, we raised over $10,000! This brings our weekend total to $10,455 and our 5 year total to $36,245.

When we started this 5 years ago, our goal was to hit $1,500 at the end of the weekend.

We blew it away and hit over $6k. Our community has never stopped blowing us away with all the generosity.

We can’t thank you enough for all the support in helping us to keep Sean’s memory not only alive and well, but stronger than ever.

Sean Collier, a 26-year-old MIT police officer, was killed in a late night confrontation with the two suspects behind the deadly Boston Marathon Bombing in 2013.

  1. Is there a link somewhere where a donation can be made? Unfortunately we were unable to stop by Lyndell’s. Also, are the 310 cookies available all the time or was it just for the 23rd of October, we would like to buy a couple of dozen to help with the fundraiser along with a cash donation. Thank you! Cheryl E.
