Cinema Somerville Outdoor Movies Series


Somerville Media Center announces its 2017 Cinema Somerville July series. Cinema Somerville is an outdoor movie series at the Somerville Community Growing Center (22 Vinal Ave). The event series is free and is open to the community-at-large.
Screenings start at 7:30pm with a BYOPicnic and will play at 8:30pm (dusk). Seating is limited; moviegoers are encouraged to bring their own portable seats, blankets, and lawn chairs.

*Thursday, July 6th: Sherlock Holmes, Dressed to Kill (1946)

*Thursday, July 13th: The Little Shop of Horrors (1960)

*Thursday, July 20th: The Last Time I Saw Paris (1954)

*Thursday, July 27th: The Ghost Train (1941)

Cinema Somerville is a project of Somerville Media Center. It builds community in Somerville through collaborations with community organizations and residents by presenting free public film screenings at various locations in Somerville.
The Somerville Community Growing Center garden is a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to gather, learn, and celebrate to grow community.
