Candidate Jesse Clingan officially pulled his nomination papers at Somerville City Halls Election Department this past Monday morning. 
Jesse Clingan is a candidate for Ward 4 Alderman in Somerville eyeing the seat thats currently occupied by Alderman Tony Lafuente who is not running for reelection.
