On January 7, 2017 at approx. 5:00 pm I was dispatched to 13-25 Warren Avenue # 210, Properzi Manor, along with Officer Mike McCarey for an unwanted persons call. Please note that this building belongs to Somerville Housing Authority. The caller stated that a Ms Rosemonde Louis was banging on her door and she wanted her to leave. Upon arrival I was informed by dispatch that a Ms Rosemonde Louis was given a verbal trespass on January 6, 2017 by Officer Sean Browne of the Somerville Housing Authority Police. 

Officer McCarey and I explained in detail to Ms Louis that she had to vacate the premises. After 15-20 minutes of offering her shelter and trying to convince her to leave she refused and stated that she would not leave the property. I then placed her under arrest for Trespassing. She was transported to the station and booked by Lt DeOliveira.
