Meet this week’s “Special Person of the Week:Dave Oliveira

Dave Oliveira was Born and raised in Somerville Massachusetts. 
He is a graduate of Somerville High School and he is a longtime former employee who worked at Somerville Department of Public Works from 2007 to until recently in 2015 where he took on a new career working at National Grid.

Dave also Bartended for the longest time at the “On The Hill Tavern” for over 14 years where he made the connections and got involved in many charitable organizations and fundraises for many local Somerville charities. 
Dave is married to his lovely wife Jennifer and they have a beautiful young daughter named Mikayla Rae Oliveira.  

When Dave’s not working at his job or volunteering himself for Somerville community events, he enjoys his hobbies of getting tattoos and smoking cigars.

Dave’s an everyday Somerville guy who is made up of the same fabric that this great city is made of. 
Our hats are off to his true Somerville spirit!
