I, Officer Michael McCarey, report the following summary of events based on direct and indirect interview with the persons named.

 

          On Thursday April 7, 2016 I, Officer McCarey, was in full uniform and assigned to marked cruiser unit 873 patrolling area E3 for the Somerville Police Department. At approximately 9:30 pm I was in the station dropping off some paperwork.

 

          While in the secured area of the station I could hear a female screaming loudly from the public lobby of the police station. Lt A. Rymill and myself proceeded to the lobby where a female later identified as Bonnie Dwyer was acting in a tumultuous manor screaming at the Somerville Police receptionist, throwing objects and spouting derogatory statements toward a civilian that was present in the lobby. Lt. Rymill made several requests to Mrs. Dwyer to attempt to have her discontinue her erratic behavior. Mrs. Dwyer refused to comply with our lawful commands. She was booked in the usual manor by LT. A. Rymill.
