John Eleftherakis of John’s Auto Sales in Somerville is this weeks special person of the week because he’s a great guy and he’s always there to help assist his community when called upon. 

Most recently this past fall, John was called upon and asked to speak for residents of McGrath Highway to help preserve their parking spaces in front of their homes that they greatly depend upon for every day living parking, visitor parking and for unloading their groceries when the state and city decided to take the spaces away from them to make room for a bike path.  

John put his best step forward, came forward speaking on behalf of his neighbors defending their rights via being their voice expressing their thoughts and concerns and prevailed.

John is always there for the many charitable causes in the city and he is always the first person to volunteer when called upon.
