We are urgently looking for dog foster homes. We help out a lot of local shelters/animal controls with small dogs who are stressed in the kennel environment. …Foster-based rescue programs are often the only hope for these dogs. There are several dogs in shelters whose time is running out. Specifically, one has not eaten in several days. We have been hoping to make room in our current foster network but we are jam packed.
