Twenty-four (24) Somerville High School students were recently inducted into the National Art Honor Society, earning membership after demonstrating commitment and excellence in the visual arts and in their general studies.
To be inducted, students must first complete three semesters of visual art courses at Somerville High School, and must hold a B+ average in their art courses. They must maintain a B- average in non-art courses during the current year without any course failures, and must complete 5 hours of community service to the art department.
