Anganis arrest age 28 Dioguardi age 38

On Tuesday November 04, 2014 at approximately 2053, I Officer Randy Isaacs along with car 1, Officer Fusco was dispatched to Somerville Ave (Target), for two individuals being watched by lost prevention cutting electronic tags in the store. Upon arrival I met with Officer Brioso and Detective Capobianco, who had also responded to the store. While inside the store we waited at the front of the store for the two suspects. As the two suspects approached the front exit of the store, I approached them and asked if they could step inside the lost prevention office with us.

While inside the office the two suspects were identified as Mr. Peter Anganis and Mr. Mark Dioguardi. One suspect, Mr. Anganis had a small scissors in his pocket, that was used to cut the electronic tags, and the other suspect, Mr. Dioguardi had $379.95 worth of electronics in a small bag. Lost prevention officer stated that he observed both individuals in the store, one cutting the electronic tags and the other placing the items in a bag. Both suspects were asked their names and D.O.B in order to identify them and see if any of them had a warrant. Mr. Dioguardi at first gave us a wrong name and after being confronted informed us that he was using his brothers name because he knew he had a warrant. Both suspects were placed under arrest for Larceny over $250.00, MGL c266 s30. Mr. Dioguardi. Both were transported back to the Somerville Police Department by mobile detention Unit 200, where they were booked.
