RODRIGUEZ, ERIN BLADIMIR RODRIGUEZ

On March 5, 2014 members of the Somerville Police Department were conducting a routine narcotic
interdiction surveillance within the East Somerville area. While conducting surveillance police observed RODRIGUEZ, ERIN BLADIMIR RODRIGUEZ continuously cruising through the target area while operating a black colored Chrysler Pacifica bearing the Massachusetts registration 99NV76. An inquiry regarding the ownership of the referenced motor vehicle revealed the owner of record as being a resident of Boston, MA.

​Based on the defendants perceived suspicious activity a motor vehicle stop was effectuated opposite 133 Pearl St. Somerville, MA. During the course of the motor vehicle stop it was learned via an inquiry made with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles that the defendants license was currently status suspended. The defendant was then placed under arrest for the MOTOR VEHICLE offenses. During a subsequent departmental inventory search of the defendants person police found and seized a clear plastic bag containing a white powder substance believed to be Cocaine located inside of the defendants left sock.

​The defendant was transported to the Somerville Police Department Headquarters for booking and processing. Citation # R3694080 issued in hand to the defendant.
