Monday, April 28 — Lee Daniel’s The Butler (2013, PG-13): Oscar-winning Forest Whitaker delivers a powerful performance as Cecil Gaines, who served as the White House butler under eight presidents. His three decades of service unfold against a backdrop of unparalleled change in American history.

Monday, May 19 — Enough Said (2013, PG-13): Julia Louis-Dreyfus and James Gandolfini star in this charming comedy about a divorced woman venturing into a relationship with a sweet man. But things get tricky when she discovers the man she’s dating is the hated ex-husband of her new best friend.

Low Vision Support Group – Do you know someone who has trouble seeing? Do you have low vision? Join the Somerville Council on Aging Low Vision Support Group beginning Tuesday, March 11th (running the 2nd Tuesdays of each month.) – From 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. at the Holland Street Center – 167 Holland Street. MARK YOUR CALENDARS – For Friday, June 6th – The Somerville Council on Aging LGBT Advisory Group celebrates their one year anniversary in conjunction with Gay Pride Week with a special Dinner Dance at the Holiday Inn – 30 Washington Street here in Somerville. The Dinner Dance will be from 7:00 – 11:00 P.M. and our LGBT Dinner/Dance Committee is working on the details.

Do you crochet or would you like to learn? Thursdays at 10:45 am. At Ralph & Jenny Center. Join a great group in learning to crochet or share your projects you are working on.
