Simon-Martin arrest

On January 15th 2014, I, Officer Christopher Collette was assigned to Somerville marked unit East Four. At
approximately 0701 hours I was dispatched to Sargent Ave. for the report of a domestic dispute. Once on scene I spoke with two victims. Both claimed that they had a dispute with their roommate MR. Christopher Simon-Martin. Mr. Simon-Martin had reportedly been drunk and disruptive to the household. Mr. Simon-Martin became argumentative and then violent. Mr. Simon-Martin then grabbed a victim by her neck and pushed her against the wall..

Mr. Simon-Martin had entered the living room of the home, and was screaming, and violently pushed their dining room table out of the way. He made his way over to the corner of the living room and retrieved a hockey stick . Mr. Simon-Martin was carrying the hockey stick, and swinging it in a manner that made them victims feel that Mr. Simon-Martin was going to strike them with it.

Mr. Simon-Martin then used the hockey stick to strike a cup holder. The victims called 911. I then placed Mr. Simon-Martin under arrest for assault by means of a dangerous weapon, 265/15B, to wit, hockey stick . The victims were advised to seek a restraining or harassment prevention order .
