A two bedroom, two bath unit at 16 Linden Ave., a smoke-free building, is available through the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program via lottery. This unit is
being offered to an income eligible household with a minimum of two people. The unit is restricted to households earning less that 50% of Area Median Income. The Area Median Income limit for a household of two people is $37,800 and for a household of three people, it is $42,500. Please note that these income limits are gross income limits. The rent will be $903 including utilities.

If you’re interesting in learning more, there will be an information session on Thursday, Jan. 9, at 6 p.m. at the Somerville Central Library, 79 Highland Ave. in the 1st floor meeting room.
