SOMERVILLE – The City of Somerville is seeking two new members to join the Somerville Condominium Review Board (CRB). Vacancies are available for two full members.

What is the Condominium Review Board?
The CRB regulates the conversion of rental properties into condominiums to ensure compliance with Somerville’s Condominium Conversion Ordinance. The CRB works to ensure that condominium conversions are conducted lawfully and with consideration for existing residents.
