At approximately 8:34 AM Monday, SPD 911 received a call for a possible stabbing at the MBTA Davis Sq Red line stop. Upon arrival, responding Officers discovered one male suffering from an apparent stab wound.

The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. SPD along with MBTA officers made an arrest for the assault shortly thereafter. The incident occurred on MBTA property and the MBTA Transit Police Department is the lead agency. This remains an active investigation.
