Margaret Klessens is 100 years young on August 17th 2024. She is a World War II Army Veteran born and raised in Charlestown Mass. She moved to Somerville in 1962 where she raised her family.
She’s a Charlestown School Girls member, a member of the Charlestown American Legion and DAV and served as the Grand Marshal of the Bunker Hill Day Parade in June 2022.
