John Williams, a lifelong resident of Somerville, MA and a US Army veteran, passed away recently.

He was the son of the late John P. Whitney Williams and Helen J. Williams. John is survived by his daughters Kellyanne Williams and Melissa Amy Williams Haynes, both of Medfield, MA. He was a loving grandfather to Genevieve, Haynes, Shea Haynes, and Elliot Haynes, all of Medfield. John is also survived by his siblings Dorothy Freeman of Florida, Donna Greene of New Hampshire, Mary Killoren of Billerica, MA, and Donald W. Williams of Revere, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family has requested the services to be private. John’s burial will be at Bourne National Veteran’s Cemetery.
