It took me 1/2 hour to get to Market Basket yesterday, from Lowell Street.

Where is the concern for the residents? The construction scheduler for the streets and roads for the city is where? ON VACATION!!

This is a slap in the face to all who live here by this current administration.

I am fed up! Maybe we should ban together an file a civil lawsuit against the city for our civil liberty to travel:
