Somerville/Medford Remembering CHRISTOPHER J. “SPANKY” “BIG DADDY” SALVATO

Christopher J. “Spanky” “Big Daddy” Salvato – of Woburn, died peacefully at Massachusetts General Hospital, July 15th at the age of fifty-eight.

Beloved son of the late Robert and Florence (Flaherty) Salvato. Dear brother of Robert, Stephen, Daniel, Patrick, Kenneth, Maria and the late John. Cherished uncle of Justin, Katie, Danielle, her husband Christopher, Tyler and Patrick Jr., and great-uncle of Christopher. Best friend and roommate of Robert Lawton. Also survived by many other family members and friends. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, July 21st at 12 noon in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn. Interment to follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours prior to the service from 10-12, in the funeral home.

    I’m so glad you were at the house not long ago spending time with your nieces and nephew. Bianca, Erica and Danny (not mentioned in obituary) but they will always have that memory. Danny had some great laughs with you that day and I’m happy you two were spending time together. Wish we had more time with you but God had other plans.
