A community-driven approach is at the heart of Somerville’s search for a new Chief of Police. Somerville community members are invited to join a second virtual public listening session led by GovHR on Thursday, March 9, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The listening session is an early opportunity for community members to voice their goals, concerns, and expectations of both the search process and required experience of prospective candidates. Community feedback will serve as an invaluable tool as GovHR begins their extensive recruitment process.
