Local Artwork Inspired by Pandemic Living
The Somerville Arts Council’s prompt From The Inside Out called upon local artists to create art that highlighted the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their work.
The final outcome resulted in a series of stunning, introspective pieces by 30 talented creators that will be showcased at the Nave Gallery (155 Powder House Blvd.) from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays from January 29 until February 27. This exhibit is free and open to the public.
The public is also invited to attend an Artists Reception on Saturday, January 29, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Gallery. Masks are required for both the exhibit and the reception. CLICK HERE: https://somervilleartscouncil.org/naveexhibit for additional information. Image: Bill Hickey “How We Were”
