Good evening,
I recently became aware that the City of Somerville is not able to keep up on the maintenance of the affordable housing units that they oversee and that the tenants are complaining.

I learned of this by conversing with people who serve on various boards for the City of Somerville. I am sharing this because I think that it would be helpful to remind people that city-owned housing will also have its pitfalls and may fall short of the expectations that are being set by current leadership. I hope that you are interested in this as a possible story that you could run in your paper and share with the Somerville community.
