Dear Billy T and Somerville/Medford News Weekly Speakup Line,

FYI, they are still paying Sgt Kiely even though he’s used all his vacation time and comp time and all of his sick days. They have shut others pay off on the department but not his. His pay should be cut off because he doesn’t have any sick time left.

He’s been out of work since around March 2019. He ran out of accrued time at the beginning of July.

He must have something pretty good on the mayor because the mayor is covering his ass pretty well especially after trying to promote him three times and you throwing a wrench in the machine that prevented it from happening and we all thank you for that.
