On September 28th, 2019, I, Officer Sousa, was on duty and assigned to uniform patrol in East-3. At approximately 2:08am, I was dispatched with East-2 Ofc. Moreira to the area of Summer Street at Bow Street for a hit and run accident. East-1 Ofc. Bork, East-4 Ofc. Messaoudi and S8. Sgt Marino also responded as back-up.
