They had a plan, every single one of them. They knew beforehand that all this was going to happen with green line ect. So they bought up the property and became fucking rich. Especially a former Alderman that scooped up this gas station on Broadway as well, that’s why he resigned. You should call them “The Insider Gang” it was all like ” insider trading ” with property and not stocks. It’s so obvious. Now the administration hooked them up with the MBTA project which proves more of inside privileged insider favoritism and information. Oh well. I have my own house to worry about, fuck them all.
